Tuesday 7th March 7.30pm Annual General Meeting. Followed by a talk by Jill Riley ' My Research' Tuesday 4th April, 7.30pm Talk / slides - Felt making course in Cheltenham - Pat Johnson and Sarah Fisher Saturday 6th May, 10-4 Felt Workshop - Pat Johnson and Sarah Fisher. Tuesday 6th June, 7.30pm Talk – Knitting sculptures with Wire - a talk and demonstration by John Binet Fauvel Tuesday 4th July, 7.30pm Talk - 'My life and work' - Laura Thomas, Weaver July 3rd-16th 27th Annual Exhibition at Museum of Welsh Life, St Fagans, Cardiff. For one week, Members wil be exhibiting their work and demonstrating their skills. Entry to the museum is free, some of the members work will be for sale. Members will be demonstrating various skills daily. Tuesday 5th September, 7.30pm Talk - Judy Mendelson - 'Patchwork and Quilting' September Stitches and Hobbycrafts show at Cardiff International Arena, Mary Ann Street, Cardiff. The Glamorgan guild of Weavers, Spinners and Dyers have a stand at this popular craft show. Members will be available to discuss / demonstrate spinning, weaving and dyeing, Some work will be exhibited, come and find out more information about the guild, our workshops and talks.
